Take Indian fishplate for example, 1 piece of fishplate minimum tensile strength is 5.58-6.51 t/cm2 and 20% elongation. Fishplate was designed to have same strength of steel rail section. One piece of rail section is about 55% of rail sections, so 2 pieces fishplate is more stronger than steel rail profile.

GNEE is a professional manufacturer providing high-quality railway fasteners including fish plates, rail clips, railroad spikes and some other fasteners. Our company exports to 200 countries and regions and gains high reputation. We mainly produce the following types of fish plate, common fish plate, joggled fish plate and compromise fish plates, insulating fish plates.

1,Common Fish Plate

We offer 4 holed or 6 holed rail fish plates to suit 60 kg, UIC, 54 kg UIC, 52 kg UIC, 52 kg, 90A, 90R, 80A, 80'O', 88'O', 75R, 60R, 115 RE, 132 RE, 50R rails, etc.

Common railway fish plates can be divided into four holes and six holes. The materials of railroad fish plates can be divided into nodular cast iron, Q235 rolling steel, forging steel and so on. In general, railway fish plate production applies medium carbon steel and high carbon steel as the raw material. In addition, we can also produce composite railway fish plate, cast iron railway fishplate rail joint and cast steel railway fish plate.

3,Compromise Fish Plates

Compromise rail fish plates are used to connect abnormal rails, which have two separate pieces- one piece installed in the outside of rails, another installed in the inside of rails. Compromise railway fish plates are specially designed to smoothly match the gauge-head face of two rails, one set compromise railroad fish plates are consisted of four bars.

Compromise joint bar and related rail fasteners has wide applications in the railway lines, such as connection between railway switch and main track line, other types of rail connections. Generally, compromise joint bar is applied to 50kg and 60kg, 43kg and 50kg rail tracks.

4,Insulated Railway Fish Plate

We can also supply insulated railway fish plate. As its name, insulated railway joints is made of insulating material, a new type of high strength composite track material. It has the features of corrosion resistant, rust protection, ultraviolet-proof, non-conducting and non-magnetic. What's more, insulated railway fish plate is a thermosetting material and cannot be reprocessed, so it is burglarproof.

The insulated rail joints are bolted rail joints containing bonded insulation materials wrapped around each contacting surface to electrically isolate them. The insulated rail fish plates are all made of insulating materials. Most of the insulated track fishplates are made of high-strength composite materials. They have the features of corrosion resistance, rust resistance, UV resistance, non-conductive performance and non-magnetic performance. In addition, they should be made of a thermosetting material and cannot be processed twice. So they are not afraid of theft.
